AI call recorder for business — no extra device, no app, nothing to press

An AI call recorder for phone calls in Hebrew: recording happens on the phone line, and the AI transcribes, summarises and extracts tasks — from every call, by itself.

Three kinds of AI call recorder

Physical device (PLAUD and similar) App (Apple, TapeACall) Service on the phone line (Haro)
Records by itself start it every call start it every call every call, in and out
Works on iPhone yes, clipped to the phone partly (Apple's recording: yes, with an announcement) nothing on the device
Needs an extra device yes, and charging no no
What is recorded what is audible near the phone the call the call itself, both sides, from the line
Hebrew transcript depends on the device depends with speaker separation
Summary and tasks summary partial summary, tasks, calendar
Customer card / CRM no no
Price one-off + AI subscription free / subscription monthly, from 250 ₪

The first row decides it. A recorder you can forget to start does not record.

What the AI actually does

A real summary (details changed): "Yossi (Herzl St.) approved the quote, 25,000 ₪ in two payments, first on signing. Work starts Sunday 09:00. Tasks: send documents today."

Why recording happens on the line, not on the phone

Your phoneMobile networkHaroTranscript · summary · customer card

On iPhone no app can record calls, and an external device only records what it can hear. Haro records the call itself, on the mobile network (Hot Mobile or a Haro eSIM) — before it reaches the handset. So it does not depend on the phone, its battery, an app, or your memory. How it works in detail.

Privacy

Recordings and transcripts are stored on Google Cloud, encrypted, with each business's data isolated and visible only to its own users. You can delete calls in the app, export everything, and on cancellation data is deleted within 30 days. In Israel a party to a call may record it (this is not legal advice).

Frequently asked questions

For phone calls — yes, with nothing to clip on or switch on. For in-person meetings — no: Haro records only calls on the phone line. Some businesses keep both.

Yes. Recording happens on the mobile network, not on the phone, so it does not depend on the device's data connection. Even a call that arrived while the phone was off shows up.

Hebrew. On Pro and Premium, Haro also transcribes and summarises calls in other languages.

Yes — the simplest way possible: say "רשמתי" ("noted") mid-call and Haro turns it into a task (and a calendar event if a date was said). The summary itself is generated from the whole call.
