Who we are
Haro (הרושמת) started with one business owner's problem: dozens of calls a day, details that change, promises made to customers — and no way to remember it all. Instead of scribbling notes, we built a service that records every call by itself, transcribes it in Hebrew and summarises what was agreed and what needs doing.
Today Haro serves contractors, insurance agents, lawyers, consultants, real-estate agents, drivers, project managers and salespeople — anyone who runs their customers from a mobile phone.
What Haro does
- Records every call on the business line — incoming and outgoing. Calls that arrived while the phone was off or out of coverage still show up.
- Transcribes in Hebrew, marking who said what.
- Summarises each call and extracts tasks, meetings and reminders.
- Opens a customer card automatically, with full history and full-text search across all calls.
- Connects to other systems through an API and webhook, and answers you on WhatsApp.
How recording works (no app)
iOS does not let apps record phone calls. Haro does not need an app: recording is done on the phone line, at the mobile carrier, not on the handset. So:
- Nothing to press — every call is recorded.
- iPhone and Android behave exactly the same.
- Your number stays.
You connect in one of two ways: as a Hot Mobile business subscriber (we help port the number), or with a Haro eSIM added to your phone on any Israeli carrier.
