The sales manager's problem
- Reps talk to customers on their mobiles — and the CRM has nothing, or one line typed at the end of the day.
- A prospect called, the rep was in a meeting, and nobody called back.
- "I said 15%." "No, you said 20%." — and no way to check.
- A rep leaves, and their customers' history leaves with them.
Recorder apps do not fix this: someone has to start them on every call, and on iPhone they cannot run in the background at all. The fix has to work without the rep.
What the rep gets
- Every call recorded and summarised, by itself. Recording happens on the phone line, not on the phone — iPhone included. No button to remember.
- Follow-up tasks created from the call: "send the quote", "call back Tuesday". On Pro and Premium they go into the calendar.
- The code word "רשמתי" ("noted"): say it mid-call and Haro creates the task (and a calendar event if a date was mentioned) and confirms on WhatsApp.
- A new caller who was not answered automatically gets a WhatsApp message with a details form — and the rep is told a new lead is waiting (Pro and Premium).
- WhatsApp assistant: "what did I agree with Ronit?" — answered from the call, on the way to the next meeting.
What the manager gets
- A customer card per customer with every rep's calls, transcripts and summaries — one place, by customer.
- Full-text search across the team's calls: name, product, amount, promise.
- A call-time report per customer, exportable to Excel.
- A push to your CRM: every call is sent automatically — details, transcript and summary — via API and webhook.
Customers say
"I was under crazy load for years. I tried to write everything down in notes and client files, but important information still slipped. Since I started working with Haro, everything that was said is kept word for word and I can pull it up in seconds." — Gali Manshirov, insurance agent
"Even when a customer calls and there's no answer, they get a landing page with contact details. On top of that, calls are recorded and I get a tidy summary and transcript in the app. Policyholders get better service." — Aviram Rosenthal, owner of an insurance agency
How this differs from tools that record Zoom meetings
Gong, Fireflies and the like record video meetings and calls on an enterprise phone system — mostly in English, mostly for large companies. Haro records the mobile of a rep in the field in Israel, in Hebrew, without them starting anything. That is what an insurance agent, a real-estate agent or a small company's salesperson actually needs.
Your team is on iPhone?
Good. Recording does not depend on the device — iPhone call recording works exactly like Android.

Yes. After each call Haro pushes the call details (who, when, how long), the transcript and the summary to your system. See the CRM integration page.
Recordings and summaries stay in the business's system, in the customer cards — they do not leave with the rep.
No. Recording is done on the phone line with no announcement. In Israel a party to a call may record it. Businesses that sell by phone have a duty to record and notify from 2026 under Amendment 73 — see our page on the law. Not legal advice.
