Unlike apps and recorder devices, recording is done on the phone line, on the mobile network (Pelephone or HOT Mobile), so every call, incoming and outgoing, is recorded without the user doing anything, iPhone included. After each call HaRoshemet produces a Hebrew transcript with speaker separation, a summary, tasks and a customer card, and can push everything to the business's CRM via an API.
